  No, we do not charge a setup fee. Creating your account is completely free. You can start selling as soon as you have set up your first products.

• Do I need a credit card?

  No, sign up is free. We do not need any payment details from you. Once you pick a plan you can chose from several payment methods including PayPal, iDeal and Bank transfer.

• Am I locked into my contract?

  No, you can cancel your account at any time. If you feel dsales is not right for you, simply close your account and you will no longer be charged.

• Can I get a discount from you?

  We offer a 20% discount if you sign up for one year. That’s almost 2.5 months you can use the service for free.

• How can I accept payments?

  You can accept payments directly from your customers or by using one of over 50 real-time payment service providers such as PayPal or Braintree. Available payment methods range from pick up & pay to credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal and more.

• Can I sell products from my website?

  Yes, you can easily integrate the products you have created in your own website or WordPress blog. dsales can list the products on your website and makes it easy for your customers to buy them.

• Can I sell on Facebook?

  Yes, dsales is ideal for selling on Facebook. You can create your own Facebook store and add products to your timeline. You can even sell directly through Facebook ads or add a buying link to the new Facebook market place.

• Can I sell from my Blog?

  Yes, you can sell directly from an existing blog such as a WordPress blog. Just list your products and buy now buttons on any blog and customers can buy your items by simply clicking on a buy now button or link. You can also add a pop-up shop to your blog or sell individual products directly from any post.

• Can I have my own domain name?

  Yes, you can use your own domain name. If you add products to your existing website or blog, your domain name will not change. You can also use your domain name for your online store created with dsales or our free dsales.com domain name.

• Do you support gift vouchers?

  Yes, you can create your own gift cards. You can also create discount coupons or send vouchers to your customers automatically to make them buy again.

• Do you comply with eCommerce laws?

  Yes, dsales has been designed to make complying with eCommerce all around the world easy. This includes even Germany, which has some of the most complex laws available.

• Can I use dsales to sell digital goods?

  Yes, dsales supports selling digital goods and will deliver them automatically for you, as soon as payment is approved. You can also sell event tickets digitally and gift vouchers.

• Can I provide special instructions to my customers?

  Yes, when you sell a product you can automatically also deliver special instructions to the customer, which apply to the product purchased.
